when I was at the textile show last week, I stopped in the fashion bookstore and found this cool book for Phil....
it literally weighs 10 lbs. The front and back covers are metal and each page is a heavily laminated plastic....it shows how over the years, a broad range of designers have been influenced by Superheroes.....
some are pretty literal and cheeky while others take a more subtle approach....

It's such a great Halloween story - there is a new version out now but the illustrations are not nearly the same! Anyways, I know this book is in my parents garage - but this pic is from an ebay listing.
